My Why

I’ve always loved the business world, the idea of a free market economy, and the notion that each of us has a measure of control over our own lives, success, and happiness in life. In over 30 years of spending time working with people one-on-one as a professional intuitive, I have gleaned a few insights about intuition’s role in our success and development. Many people, hundreds in fact, at every level of employment from C-Suite executives to entry-level employees, have brought up a lack of satisfaction at their job, confusion about decisions to be made, communication challenges, and a struggle to see the comprehensive picture of a problem. I have realized that everyone has a natural level of intuition, that can be optimized to work for them, and it’s as unique as a fingerprint. My definition of this extra power boost simply means integrating linear with non-linear sides of our personal wisdom. Optimized intuitive integration, in combination with proven executive coaching techniques, supports emotional intelligence, sales conversations, career pivots, strategy, and more.

My dad worked for 30 years as an executive at a well-known company. After work, he needed about thirty minutes to an hour, like many people do, to unwind. I could sense that he felt drained by his workday. I felt sad about this because was a naturally happy, uplifting, and funny guy. Yet, as I watched him provide for and support our family of five, over the years, I saw my dad get more and more tired from his work. I wondered if it had to be that way. He was an intuitive person, but didn’t really receive support for integrating that, from his upbringing and culture. I believe we are changing now, as companies around the world lean in to the importance of developing soft skills, of which intuition is one. These skills make us well-rounded, and enhance our education, experience, technological expertise, and decision-making.
